1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds only in the case of printing errors, manufacturing defects, or quality-related issues with the delivered product. We do not accept refund requests for the following reasons:

Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers

Minor color or material variations due to screen/display differences
2. Reporting a Quality Issue
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team:

3. Return Process
Once your refund request is approved:

We will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra charge.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
4. Refund Method and Timeline
If your return is approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method (bank account or UPI used at the time of purchase).

Please allow 7 working days from the date of return receipt for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. No Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer product exchanges. Refunds are the only form of resolution we offer for eligible cases.
